How does the credit system work?
Your plan gives access, and each feature uses credits. Credits are used for readings and features: Full report 10 credits, Match analysis 10 credits, Decision guidance 10 credits, and basic energy discovery 1 credit. Monthly subscription gives 100 credits per month (credits roll over while subscribed). Single purchase gives 30 credits (valid for 7 days; unused credits expire); Expert consultation gives 90 credits (60-day access).
Do unused credits roll over?
For subscription plans, unused credits stay in your account. When you renew, new credits are added to your existing balance—they do not replace or reset it. For Single Reading, credits are valid for 7 days; unused credits expire after that period.
Can I cancel my subscription anytime?
Yes! You can cancel your subscription at any time. You'll continue to have access to premium features until the end of your current billing period.

The expert consultation includes a 60-minute one-on-one session with an energy profile expert, either in-person or via video call. You'll receive personalized guidance, detailed analysis, and custom recommendations for your specific situation.
